Corlton Simmond Seacoast United Director of US Soccer Development Academy
Biography: A former Jamaican Junior National player and was a 2003 FIFA All-Star Selection of African descent. He has been coaching soccer in New Hampshire for almost 20 years. Corlton has had the opportunity to teach and mentor the game of soccer to kids at different ages, gender, and skill levels.
Simmond coached at various levels; 6 years Men’s Soccer Coach at Daniel Webster College; 2 years State ODP coach, 15 years Club soccer coach, 10 years as Director of Coaching for Hampshire and Amherst Soccer Club, and 3 years with the US Development Academy and Pre-Academy programs at Seacoast United. During his 15 years of club soccer, Simmond participated in 10 State Cup finals and represented the state at 7 Region I championships. Several of Simmond’s former players have moved on to have successful careers at the collegiate, regional, professional, and national level.
Cathy Costello Seacoast United Executive Administrator for US Soccer Development Academy
Biography: Cathy assumed the role of Administrator for the Seacoast United Development Academy Program in 2007, with the first team. Prior to this and continuing today, she is the administrator & registrar for all of Seacoast United Soccer Club. Cathy resides with her family in West Newbury.
Kelly Kelly Seacoast United Media & Communications Director
Biography: Kelly was a 4-year starting goalkeeper and 2-year captain at Bentley College, earning All-New England honors her junior year. She graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems in 1998, and was the first women's soccer player inducted into the Bentley Athletic Hall of Fame (2005). After working for 7 years as a technical support analyst, she returned to Bentley as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach from 2006-2008 just prior to joining Seacoast United full time in the summer of '08. Kelly, originally from Salem, MA, holds the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and the NSCAA Level 1, 2, and 3 Goalkeeping Diplomas and currently coaches the U12 Girls Premier team.

Biography: Tim attended Plymouth State College and played semi-professional soccer with the Boston Storm before moving into coaching full-time. Tim is a veteran coach with Seacoast United, working with various talent within the Club since 2000. Tim has been involved with the US Soccer Development Academy program for over 4 years.
Brian Dawson UEFA B License & English FA Youth Award
Biography: Brian is a native of Cumbria, England and as a child developed his skills at the Sheffield Wednesday School of Excellence. Throughout his playing career he represented numerous semi-professional clubs including Barrow AFC, Workington Reds, and Kendal Town. He also had a brief spell playing in the US for Wilmington Hammerheads (NC). Brian has over 12 years' coaching experience in the UK with Onside Sports Coaching as company director and Carlisle United Football Club working with the Academy. In addition to this Brian has worked in the US with Smart Soccer (PA) and Seacoast United (NH).
Otneil Nascimento USSF B License
Biography: Otniel is a native of Brazil and has a Master's Degree in Physical Education and a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Fitness from UMass Boston. Otniel played college soccer for the University of Massachusetts for 4 seasons and following that he spent tow years intern-coaching with the Boston Bulldogs (men) and Boston Renegades (women) teams. Otniel has held various assistant coaching positions at the collegiate level, including Springfield College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Harvary University. Coach Otniel has coached in MA Youth Soccer for several years and has held the Director of Coaching position with a youth club in the past.
Suleyman Doenmez USSF A License & NSCAA Advanced National Diploma
Biography: Suley is a native of Turkey and has coached several youth teams overseas including FC Oerlikon in Zurich, Switzerland. Suley has been coaching in New Hampshire for many years and at various levels. He spent two years as assistant coachin at Keene State and seven years as assistant coach at Franklin Pierce College. Suley was also the head coach of the semi-professional New Hampshire Phantoms during their successful seasons with back to back final four appearances.
Mustapha Achab USSF National Goalkeeper License (candidate)
Biography: Nustapha is a native of Morocco and was a very successful goalkeeper who was fortunate enough to have played the game at its highest level. He was named best African goalkeeper in 1992 and 1999, and was a member of the Moroccan Olympic Team in Barcelona. Mustapha was the starting goalkeeper during the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States for Morocco. For the past several years, Mustapha has moved into coaching and is running his own goalkeeper school in addition to coaching the Seacoast United Development Academy goalkeepers. Mustapha is entering his 2nd season with the Seacoast United Development Academy Program.

Peter Decker Seacoast United US Soccer Development Academy Scout

Biography: Peter was born in Manchester, England and graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA (Honors) in Secondary Physical Education in 2008. During his playing career at University, Peter was a 4-year starter and also had spells at various clubs throughout the North-West of England. Peter has been involved with Seacoast United since the summer of 2007. Initially brought over to coach on the Summer Camp program, Peter joined the Club in a full-time role in 2009. His current role includes Boys Coaching Director (U10-U18) as well as Director of the Junior Academy Program, which he has grown to 8 locations and currently includes over 700 players.

Biography: James is a native of Merrimack, NH, played collegiate soccer at Syracuse University, and later had a brief professional career in Norway. James has been coaching youth soccer in New Hampshire for over 5 years, in addition he was the assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Southern NH University and head varsity coach for Merrimack High School.
Iain Scott Seacoast United Director of Coaching
Biography: Iain comes to Seacoast United with an extensive coaching background. From 2000-2005, Iain coached with the Scottish First Division club Queen of the South, 3 of those years as head coach. After his years with QOS, he served as the Youth Academy Director for Gretna Football Club in the Scottish Premier League from 2006-2007, then moved on to become the Gretna FC First Team Assistant Manager ('07-'08). Most recently, Scott worked at the senior level in Player Coach Development and Pro Youth Performance with the Scottish Football Association and Scottish Premier League Academy Mentoring (2008-2010). Scott holds numerous coaching qualifications, including the UEFA A License, UEFA Level 5 Youth license, a diploma in Sport Psychology, and has received the Youth Directors Award, PSM Performance Sport Movement Award, and the Scottish FA Course Tutor Award. He is currently the Seacoast United Phantoms PDL head coach.
