SPARQ Training

Seacoast United Club Teams

The Seacoast United Club Teams begin at U11 and go up through U19 for both boys and girls.   We currently have 39 Premier and Seacoast level teams.     The purpose for each team is individual development.   The focus remains on skill development but as a player gets older more emphasis on tactics is added.   Each team trains twice per week and is entered into a league comensurate with the playing ability of it’s players.   For Fall 2011, our U11 through U14 teams will be entered into the New England Premiership (NEP) and the Granite State Youth Soccer League (GSYSL), appropriate for the team's level of play.    Multiple training techniques are utilized throughout the year including attention to strength and agility through the implementation of SPARQ training.

The Club, as a whole, is constantly changing and looking to create a better environment for it’s players, coaches and parents.   It is this process of re-evaluation that has made the Club what it is today and what it will become in the future.
