The Seacoast United Soccer Club has organized a specialized "College Program" that will aid it's players in the difficult task of finding the right fit for their college career. We are proud that many of our players go on to have successful careers at the college ranks and wish to give our future alumni a leg up with college recruiting.

 

The Program consists of 3 phases.   The first is an informal meeting between a Club Director and the players.   During this meeting general topics will be discussed, such as getting recruited, searching for colleges and the overall timeline that each player should be following.   The College Program Handout will be passed out at this time.

 

The second phase is our annual College Forum.   The forum is hosted at an outside venue and Seacoast United invites speakers from different colleges to go into more detail about such topics as: Finding The Right Fit, College Admissions, Financial Aid, NCAA Rules and Expectation For Your Freshman Year.

 

The third phase is up to the player.   Implementing what we have suggested is crucial.   Utilizing the Seacoast United staff is encouraged during this process.    Meeting with staff members will allow players to figure out a personalized plan for the recruitment process.
