Seacoast United's Kick Back Program

Seacoast United is one of the largest soccer clubs in New England and has grown significantly since its inception as a non-profit organization in 1992. The Soccer Club’s success and popularity has risen to include the formation of Lacrosse and Field Hockey programs, all while maintaining a focus of creating opportunities for children in the community to play sports and learn the life lessons associated with them.  It is these local achievements that have allowed the Club to expand its reach and support in an effort to focus on communities outside of the United States.

The Club’s popularity and resources have resulted in an increase in requests for aid. The desire for soccer specific donations has reached a point where a new program needed to be formed that would allow the Club to more efficiently pursue its goal. It is with great pride that Seacoast United introduces its ‘Kick Back Program’ in the fall of 2010.
Seacoast United’s Kick Back Program is beginning with a goal of actively seeking out, collecting, sorting and shipping donated soccer specific items all over the world. The initial goal is to target at least one organization or community on each continent that will benefit from the support of the Program. It is the Club’s hope that children all over the world will be able to experience what the sport of soccer has to offer yet so many in the United States take for granted.
The success of the Kick Back Program will not be possible without the help from people and companies within the greater Seacoast Community. While any support will be greatly appreciated there is a primary need for storage of donated items as well as funding for the shipments. All interested parties are encouraged to contact Matt Glode at 603-926-8444 x118 or mglode@seacoastunited.org for details.

Seacoast United would like to thank longtime Club member and soccer enthusiast Alex Fuller for his input and creation of the Kick Back Program logo.  Alex is currently residing in Chicago and working as a graphic designer.  More information regarding Alex’s work can be found at http://alexfuller.com.
