Fifteen Student-Athletes from Seacoast United Soccer, Lacrosse, and Field Hockey Clubs were awarded the 2010 Jarkko Tuominen College Scholarship at the golf tournament held in his name on Monday, August 2nd. In addition to the 15 from Seacoast, four Oxford United and two Montagu Boys Club also were awarded scholarships as they embark on their collegiate careers this fall.

Both Seacoast United golf events benefit the Club’s financial assistance programs, helping families with the costs of tuition and travel expenses. The Ledges in York, ME will host our annual Bob Masi Memorial Golf Tournament in May, and Abenaqui Country Club will host the Jarkko Tuominen Memorial Golf Tournament in August.
