Seacoast United focuses on the growth and development of players ages 7 to 18 years old. We offer a variety of programs for all ages and skill. For those individuals looking to learn, improve, and stay fit with the sport please look at our Field Hockey Skills Training program. Our skills classes are offered for elementary, middle school, and high school players. It is a great way to meet others in the sport and to continue learning about field hockey!
For the more advanced field hockey players or for those simply wanting to dedicate more of their time to learning the sport - our club program is a great fit. Rather than focusing on only individual stickwork our club program is team oriented. Teams will practice and participate in games throughout their winter season.
We offer club teams at the under 14, under 16, and under 19 level. We are looking to expand our club program by offering an under 12 club team for our 2008-2009 winter season. These players that join our club are committed to practicing for a minimum of 2 hours every week for an approx. 16-24 week season! During the season, the teams will compete at Local and possibly National events! For players interested in playing at the collegiate level, this is the program that will fit those needs. Our club program does require that players try out in order to be placed on a team. Tryouts for our winter season take place in Oct/Nov. For our summer teams, those teams are only offered to those players already participating in the winter season with us. For more information please go to the Club Program tab!
For middle school and high school coaches, parents, or/and players - Seacoast United offers indoor league games throughout the winter. It is a fun atmosphere where teams can continue to bond and improve their skill - we offer 3 indoor sessions all being 8 weeks in length. For all you parents, college students, or even seniors in high school - we also run adult league’s all year! For more information please go to the homepage and click the indoor league tab.
