Junior Academy Coaching Staff - Derry
Jamie Phillips
Jamie played soccer for the Men’s program at Southern New Hampshire University where the Penmen were crowned NE-10 Champions in 2008. They also reached the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament, and finished the season ranked 11th in the nation. Prior to SNHU, he played for Dean College for 2 seasons and was named a NSCAA All-Region Player and a 2-time Region XXI All-Region player. He was also in the Top 30 for junior colleges for points with 29 goals and 5 assists. Jamie is a product of the Seacoast United system, playing for our U13, U15-U20 Premier teams. While playing for Seacoast, Jamie was NH State Champion in 2000, 2004, and 2006 and reached the Super Y League National Finals in 2004, 2006, and 2007. Jamie currently coaches the Seacoast United U11 Girls Premier USA team for the 2011/12 season.
Chris Devine
Chris is a recent 2011 graduate from the University of New Hampshire where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and is currently earning a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. While at UNH he played for the men’s soccer program as a goalkeeper, and the team earned their spot in the America East Championships all four years, winning the regular season title in 2010 and making it to the championship game in 2011. Prior to going to UNH, Chris is has competed for the Club at the top level through in both Region 1 league and the Super Y League and earned selections to the league development program. During that time he made appearance in both the Region 1 championship and Super Y league championships. His involvement with the Club has continued as Chris coaches in summer programs, Jr. Academy, grassroots classes, skills and specialized goalkeeper classes.
