Seacoast United Goalkeeper School (SUGS) progresses through all the major components of goalkeeping.  The emphasis will be on footwork, shot handling, lateral/forward/backward movement, correct saving techniques, decision making, distribution, and keeper fitness.  Each component has many parts and will be covered in depth. 

SUGS classes will be offered in 4-week blocks for two different age/ability levels.  All SUGS classes are coed and have a maximum of 12 keepers.  Click on the sessions below to register online.  Classes will take place at Granite Fields in Kingston.
