John Silverio - Seacoast United Lacrosse Club Boys’ Advisor, Boys U11 Coach
John is a graduate of Billerica (MA) Memorial High School (class of 1981) and the University of New Hampshire (class of 1986). He was a captain of the UNH squad and named an All-New England Defenseman. His coaching career includes:
- Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach, University of New Hampshire 1991-1996
- Head Coach, Dover High School 1997-1998
- Director of the Oyster River Youth Association Lacrosse Program 1999-2002
- Assistant Boys’ Lacrosse Coach, Oyster River High School 2006-2007
- Cocheco U11 Lacrosse Coach 2009-present
- New Hampshire Lacrosse Official 2000-present
John’s other involvement with the sport includes NH Lacrosse Camp Director, Presenter at the US Lacrosse Convention (2005), and he officiated (by invitation) the Men’s Bermuda Tournament held over Labor Day Weekend in 2009.
Ken Karpel - U16 Boys Head Coach
Ken is a graduate of the University of New Mexico (class of 1986) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He served as a US Navy pilot from 1986-1999.

Ross Mondello - U15 Boys Head Coach (Concord, NH)
Ross is a graduate of New England College, and was a 3 year starter for the men’s lacrosse program. During his time as a player, Ross was selected to the All-Conference team and led the Pilgrims to two Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships and two NCAA Tournament berths. Ross’ coaching experience includes High School JV and Varsity squads, Assistant Coach at New England College, as well as various camps and showcases.
Jon Gozzo
Jon is a graduated of Bentley University, where he was a 4-yr started for the Falcons. He received multiple collegiate awards including NCAA Division II All-America in 1996. He has continued playing and coaching local club & tournament teams along with volunteer coaching at area high schools. Jon is the current Winnacunnet High School Boys Varsity Lacrosse assistant coach.
Dan Revis
Dan graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a dual-option Business Administration degree. While at UNH he played for the Club Lacrosse Team as well as the Men’s Varsity Soccer team. In high school, Dan was a 4-year starter and 2-year captain his Junior and Senior seasons. He was a 3-year All League player and a 2-year All-Section winner. His senior year he was Co-League MVP. Dan has worked in Seacoast United’s youth lacrosse and soccer programs for the past 3 years.
PJ Strebel - Boys U15 Asst Coach (Hampton, NH)
Four-year starter at Thomas College in Waterville, ME. Played defense all four years, named captain during his senior year. Graduated in 2009 and is the current all-time leading scorer for defensemen at Thomas College.
Dave Gagne - Boys U17 Head Coach, (Newburyport, MA)
- 1975-1978 Hamburg High School (Hamburg, NY) - 4-year center midfield, captain 2 years, Western NY All-Star 2 years.
- 1979-1982 University of Rochester (Rochester, NY Div III) - 4-year center midfield, man up midfield, long poll midfield, man down midfield, co-captain.
- 1979-1982 Hamburg Youth Lacrosse summer league coach 1-3rd grade and 7-9th grade teams.
- 1975-1983 Hamburg Lacrosse Coach (Upstate NY Summer League) 9 years midfield.
- 1982 Rochester Grey Wolves (Rochester, NY) pro box - 1 year.
- 1984-1986 Brine (LINY) semi-pro field - 3 years, defense
- 1987 Miller Beer (Syracuse, NY) semi pro field - 1 year, defense.
- 1988-1990 various games but phased out when relocated to New England from NJ.

Sam LeBlanc - U13 Boys Head Coach
Sam is entering his 4th season as the head coach for the Portsmouth High School (NH) JV Boys Lacrosse Team. Prior to that, he was the head coach for the U15 Boys Seacoast Lacrosse A team from 2005-2007. Sam has assisted the varsity program as a special teams coach (transitional game, man-up, man-down). During his high school years, Sam was on the first varsity squad at Portsmouth High School in 2001 when lacrosse was introduced as a varsity sport. He started on the varsity squad for 3 seasons, was a captain during his senior year and named to the All-State First Team.
Zach Merrigan - U13 Boys Coach
Zach was a four year All-State defenseman and two year captain at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He played three summers with the New Hampshire Tomahawks. Currently, he is a defensemen/LSM for Assumption College. Zach has also been a NHYLA official for the last four years.
