Our FUN-damentals Program focuses heavily on stick specific training with a large emphasis on ambidexterity and skill work. This class is geared towards players who have never picked up a stick before or only have a few years experience under their belt. We introduce advanced style stickwork in an extremely structured environment. As the stickwork develops, we will introduce small sided strategy play and technique including shooting, ground balls, face offs and on ball defense. This class series is offered for 8 weeks and is offered year round.
