EXETER, NH - Oxford United won their final match of their tour to the United States with a 3-1 victory over Seacoast United on Monday evening.  Two goals for Deane Smalley and one for Jon-Paul Pittman did the damage as the U’s remained unbeaten on their US tour.  The U’s returned to Bill Ball Stadium for the third and final match of their US tour to face Seacoast United, following a 1-1 draw with Seacoast United Phantoms and a 2-0 victory over Mass United at the same venue.

EXETER, NH - Oxford United recorded their first ever victory in the United States with a convincing 2-0 win over Mass United this afternoon.

The U’s were back at Exeter High School’s Bill Ball stadium for the second time in the last three days, but this time playing in the heat of the afternoon sunshine with the temperature nudging 90F.  The teams were again honoured with the singing of both national anthems before the match by Exeter’s Katie Alfano, as the U’s looked to gain their first win in the United States while Mass United FC (NPSL) looked to gain just their third victory of the season.

EXETER, NH - Oxford United kicked-off their historic tour to the United States with a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Seacoast United Phantoms at Bill Ball Stadium in New Hampshire.

A scattering of U’s fans in yellow and blue made their presence felt inside the picturesque Exeter High School ground surrounded by approximately 1,500 local supporters keen to see their heroes take on their professional rivals from across the Atlantic.  In glorious sunshine the U’s were out to impress their hosts and record a victory on Field Turf for their supporters who had travelled thousands of miles and the many who had stayed up late into the night back at home.

Oxford United held a light workout at the team's hotel this morning just outside of Portsmouth, NH, followed by a more intense workout at the Seacoast United Outdoor Complex in Epping this afternoon.  Temperatures soared into the mid 90's, forcing the players to quickly adapt to the summer heat.
