Whether you are a beginner or you have been tossing the ball around for years, come and take your game to the next level! All ages and skill sets are welcome! Classes will be divided based on age and skill level in order to ensure each laxer is being pushed to her own limits.
Classes will focus on stick skills and individual game improvement, including small sided attack and defensive concepts. Attack concepts to include dodging, handling the feed, shooting on the run, stick protection and more! Defensive concepts to include positioning, footwork, stick placement, checking, double teams and dictating 1v1’s. Great opportunity for all field players (including goalies!) to develop their versatility and game! Beginners welcome!
Coaching staff to include Holly Drown, Head Coach of St. Anselm College Women’s Lacrosse, Seacoast United Lacrosse Club coaches, and top local players!
