
The SUSC Skills Training is a four-week program held throughout the months of November-March. The sessions are designed for highly motivated Club and Premier level players who are looking to improve or refine their soccer skills while getting a lot of extra touches on the ball. Sessions include individual exercises, small-sided activities, and small-sided games.

Classes have been developed to focus in on more specific parts of skill development and athleticism.
There will be 4 specific classes:
1) Passing & 1st Touch
2) Goalkeeping
3) Speed & Agility Training
4) Footskills
