A deposit is required at the time of application.  If a team is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded.

After the online registration process is completed, you will receive two emails.  One will include a copy of your invoice.  The 2nd will include a link where you can add players to your roster online.  This online roster is optional. 

Medical Release Waiver
Please click here to download your team medical release waiver.  Medical release waivers must be signed by each parent/legal guardian of each player participating in the tournament, and waivers must be submitted to the tournament director prior to the start of the event.
