Coaching Staff
Head Coach:  Tony Wallis

Tony Wallis enters his fourth season as the head coach of the Saint Anselm Women’s Soccer program after serving two years previously as an assistant coach for the Hawks.

Wallis brings with him 20 years of soccer coaching experience, including the past 10 years at the high school and premier club levels.  He worked with the Raymond (N.H.) High School varsity girls’ and boys’ programs from 1995-2004, including serving as the girls’ head coach from 2000-2001. He was a New Hampshire ODP Staff head coach for seven years and is still on their staff as an associate coach.

In addition, Wallis has coached at Seacoast United for the past eight years, but will not be coaching at Seacoast next year in order to devote more time to the Saint Anselm program.  He will continue to be involved as an associate director of coaching for some of the older girls’ teams at Seacoast United.

Assistant Coach/Goalkeeper Coach:  Logan Hoffman

Logan Hoffman, a 2009 Drury University graduate, comes to UNH after serving as the goalkeeper coach this past season for both the men’s and women’s programs at Drury University.

Under Hoffman’s tutelage, Drury’s goalkeepers both garnered First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference and All-Region honors. Additionally, the men’s goalkeeper was named the GLVC Defensive Player of the Year and garnered All-America honors while posting a 0.50 goals against average, .860 save percentage, and 14 shutouts, all of which were school records.

He helped lead the men’s squad to an impressive 21-2 overall record, advancing all the way to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA-II Tournament. The women’s squad was just as impressive, recording a 13-6 overall record, including a 10-4 mark in conference play.

In addition to UNH, Hoffman currently serves as the head coach of the Springfield Demize of the Premier Development League (PDL), a position he has held since January. With the Demize, Hoffman recruits players, conducts team training sessions and coordinates match preparation and planning.

Prior to his coaching tenure, he played four years as a goalkeeper with Drury University, earning Great Lakes Valley All-Academic Team honors each season with the Panthers.  He was just as stellar on the field, ranking second all-time in career GAA (1.00), third all-time in minutes played (2,215), and sixth all-time in saves (105).

The Littleton, Colo., native put together an impressive senior season, recording 77 saves, a 1.06 GAA, seven shutouts and a 12-4-3 record.  Hoffman posted a 0.88 GAA in 2007, which at the time was the best single-season mark by a Panther goalkeeper all-time. As a starter, Hoffman posted a 19-6-3 record, while also totaling 12 shutouts in his career.
