Over the past 7 months, Seacoast United of the East Conference of the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) has been scouting, hosting tryouts, and recruiting players from various college programs to make up the first ever WPSL Team Roster.  Demand was great to be on this team as the Club received requests from all over the country and even a handful of overseas players.  With 2 months remaining before the first game and Seacoast United’s inaugural season in the WPSL, the Club has a roster of 29 players for this season.  General Manager Matthew Sprague said, "The Club is extremely excited about the team that we have assembled.  We are very pleased to be offering these players a competitive environment to grow as players.  And even more important is that we are now able to offer our younger players an opportunity to see players that were once in their shoes playing at one of the highest levels in the country."
